Privacy is not a policy. It is the architecture of the club.
From the first application to the last departure, every process is designed so that a member's public life and private life never touch. This is how we protect both.
§ Six Commitments
What we promise every member.
I
We collect only what is necessary
During application we ask for identity verification, professional context, city preferences and relationship history. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Identities are compartmentalised
Full names and contact details are visible only to the enrollment and concierge teams. Within the member portal and at events, members are identified by first name or chosen alias only.

Events leave no public trace
Venues are booked under neutral names. No public invitations, social media tags or press coverage are permitted. Arrivals are staggered and departures are private by design.

No photography, ever
Recording devices of any kind are prohibited at events. This includes phones, cameras, smart glasses and wearable technology. The house team enforces this without exception.

Financial privacy
Payment details are issued only from payments@leagueofvelvetelites.com. We never request payment via direct message, phone call or unofficial email. Members are urged to verify every payment request.

Ratings are confidential
Post-event ratings inform future curation but are never shown to the subject in identifiable form. They remain encrypted and accessible only to the senior concierge team.
§ Practices
How the promise is kept.
Data storage
Member data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to senior staff. We use modern authentication, role-based permissions and regular security reviews.
Retention
Application data is retained for as long as membership is active plus a limited period for legal and operational purposes. Upon request, former members may ask for deletion subject to applicable law.
Third parties
We do not share member information with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated service providers. Venues and vendors receive only the minimum operational information required for an event.
Member responsibility
Members must keep login credentials confidential, use the official contact portal for support, and report any suspected impersonation or breach immediately.

We do not discuss account or privacy matters over email threads initiated by members. All requests are routed through the secure contact portal so identity can be verified before any information is released.
