Membership Terms
The agreement behind every extraordinary evening.
These terms govern membership in the League of Velvet Elites. By applying, you acknowledge that membership is a privilege of access, not a guarantee of outcome, and that discretion flows in both directions.

Twelve clauses that protect the club and its members.
Eligibility
Membership is open to adults of legal age in their jurisdiction who complete the application, pass screening, and are approved by the enrollment team. LOVE reserves the right to decline any application without explanation.
Application & Approval
Applicants submit the membership form with accurate personal and professional information. The enrollment team may request follow-up documentation or a brief interview. Approval is communicated by email only from LOVE's official enrollment address.
Payment Window
Once approved, the applicant receives payment instructions by email and has 24 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received within this window, the offer expires and the applicant must reapply.
Annual Membership Fees
Select membership is $5,999 per year. Privé membership is $9,999 per year. Sovereign membership is $17,999 per year. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Event Fees
Each event carries a separate registration fee, typically between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on the city tier, venue and format. Event fees are charged at the time of registration and are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
Host Allowance
The event registration fee does not include the host allowance. The host allowance is separate, set according to the city tier, and arranged privately through the concierge. Members do not negotiate this directly with Angels.
Credentials & Login
After payment confirmation, the member receives login credentials by email. Members must not share credentials. Public account creation is not available; credentials are issued only by the enrollment team.
Renewal
Memberships renew automatically for successive one-year terms unless the member provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the anniversary date. Renewal rates may change with 60 days' notice.
Cancellation by Member
A member may cancel at any time through the concierge or member portal. Cancellation terminates access to events, concierge services and the member portal at the end of the current paid term. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
Termination by LOVE
LOVE may terminate membership immediately for violations of the Code of Conduct, dishonesty in the application, non-payment, or any conduct that compromises the safety, discretion or reputation of the club. Termination is final and without refund.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes by email. Continued membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved confidentially through binding arbitration in New York City.
